The following scheme is intended to help to decide which program version is best suited to digitally implement the workflows envisaged for this purpose.

Are the imported image data (2D|3D) to be measured/evaluated resp. used for diagnostic or planning purposes (e.g., cephalometric tracing, model analysis, treatment simulation, superimposition)?

Should 3D image data (e.g. intraoral scans, model scans, facescans, DVT/CT volume data) also be imported and processed?

Should results (e.g. aligner arches, bite splints, waefers, appliances) be exported in open 3D formats? (Note: Study and show models without modified tooth positions can be exported in any program version.)

Should maxillofacial surgical procedures be planned with the help of 3D data (e.g. 3D treatment simulation, splint creation)?
